We also have Oil Central Heating. Electricity and Power is included in the rent the whole year through. The Chateau also offers a satellite TV(color), WiFi and a video and CD player, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Freezer, Microwave, Large Garden, Patio Garden furniture, Barbecue in summer months and off road parking. However we must stress we are sorry but pets aren't allowed.
The Chateau itself has a Ground floor and a First floor. The ground floor comes with a Dining room. Kitchen, dining and a Toilet with Basin. The First Floor comes equipped with a Bathroom (Toilet,Sink,Bath), 4 Bedrooms:2 twin bedrooms and 2 KING size room both with en-suite showers, toilets and basins. You also have the option to use the beautiful open fire in the lounge(Initial charge for fuel from October-April is £150. However FREE during the summer months!)The Chateau is completely detached and is private. When rented the whole house is for use and has 2 acres of gardens with an additional apple orchard which is for the guests. The elegant chateau offers enough room for lots of packed items and also has a furnished living and dining room situated in front of the grounds. The Chateau is perfect for a larger sized family and a large group. ( Also two families)
